Programme management
Corus has three Divisions, each with a number of business units. For each Corus business unit, an RD&T Programme Manager is in charge of the research programme for that unit.
This ensures that all business units have equal access to RD&T resources. One of these Programme Managers is also responsible for research projects carried out for third parties.
