Ideal for Science GCSE, AS’, A’ level, GNVQ, this full colour booklet gives a well-illustrated account of the preparation of raw materials, the production of iron in the blast furnace and steel production by the basic oxygen (BOS) and electric arc furnace routes. Secondary refining processes are also explained.
