Elements such as lead, manganese and sulphur are added to the molten steel under controlled conditions during secondary steelmaking, allowing us to achieve very precise control of chemical composition. We are able to achieve such close control over the chemical composition of our steel thanks to the rigorous attention to detail during steelmaking, our precision processes and our expertise.
