Wire rod coils for our more demanding applications are stored in our advanced automated warehouse, where they are housed in individual compartments to prevent surface damage caused by coil-to-coil contact. Fully automated machinery is used to lift and transport the coils, eliminating the need for manual handling and reducing the potential for damage.

A new, technically advanced protective wrapping machine, designed specifically for this facility, wraps coils in polyweave or stretch film, either radially or through the core, according to the transport method to be used.

Coils are loaded directly from the warehouse into trucks or containers for delivery worldwide. This state-of-the-art distribution facility ensures that all high-quality rod is despatched to customers in mill condition.
