Insulation Alternatives
Hydrotherm® - based on alumina silicate microspheres.
Polyurethane Foam - applied as a bonded system by foam injection or as an unbonded system using sprayed foam.
Structural insulation - designed specifically for 'ultra'deepwater applications it is based on a thermal polymer cement / microporous silica composite section that can significantly reduce the outer sleeve pipe wall thickness and the overall system submerged weight.
