Corus have extensive expertise in designing, analysing and optimising roll forming processes.
This knowledge has been built up over years of providing support to our own Corus tube forming and profiling businesses and to other profilers. We have stored the details of our practical expertise on a database, pointing out possible problems and how to prevent them. On the simulation front, we use computer programmes to analyse the behaviour of sheet metal during roll forming, with simple analytical and more complex finite element methods.
We offer support in the design of your shaping process (before making new profiling rolls) and also an analysis of your processes in order to optimise performance.
