Designs can be evaluated quickly and cheaply using computer simulations to model the manufacture and service performance of various packaging products, so replacing the old ‘trial-and-error’ method.
Typically, our approach begins with the flat blank, and follows the full manufacturing process through to testing of the new design.
As a result, our complete service supplies the customer with not only a new product design to meet performance criteria, but more importantly, engineering drawings of new machine tools needed to make a new design, and machine settings required to use those tools. Solutions are tailored to customer’s individual requirements.
