Thermal analysis
Thermal analysis is performed in order to explain or predict the behaviour of material under process conditions. The materials include minerals, slags, refractories, metals-intermetalics and polymers.
We Provide
- Thermo-graphimetrical and differential analysis (TGA-DTA-MS) under controlled gas atmosphere at temperatures up to 2000ºC. This technique serves to study thermal degradation and reaction kinetics.
- Mass Spectrometry (MS) to evaluate evolving gas-species.
- Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) to measure the evolving heat-flux associated with processes in the temperature range: -150 to 700ºC.
- Dilatometry to measure thermal expansion of materials between 25 and 1900ºC under controlled gas atmosphere.
