Business Planning
The business planning group provides business planning services to a range of industrial sectors, operating independently or in tandem with other groups within Corus Consulting and sometimes in collaboration with external organisations such as management consultants and investment banks.

Engineering
The Engineering Consultancy Group within Corus Consulting provides Project Engineering and Project management services to clients within the iron and steel industry on a worldwide basis. Services include feasibility studies, engineering audits, relocation of plant and equipment and technical assistance during start-up and initial operation of the new plant.
