Students and graduates applying for the Research, Development & Technology function usually have a degree or Masters / PhD in metallurgy, materials science, physics, chemistry or engineering. Corus training is accredited by many professional institutions, including IOM3, IChemE and IMechE. Strong self-motivation and the ability to work with all kinds of people are key skills.
