Ideally, 1st, 2:1 or equivalent
Engineering
Manufacturing/Operations based management degree
(or any science based degree)
Function summary
Manufacturing is a varied function dealing with issues as diverse as health and safety to ensuring that production runs efficiently. Employee relations is another important part of this function and ensures that the workforce is trained, focussed and aware of business issues.
Manufacturing equipment must be well maintained, safe and up to the demands of our customer requirements. Therefore engineering maintenance is an essential part of the role. Graduates applying for Manufacturing Management need to be able to work well under pressure, have determination, resilience and the ability to lead others.
