Finance
Finance is a very varied function at the centre of all business decisions. It involves pricing our products and services, devising budgets, regulating cash flow, invoicing, costing, capital project evaluation and guiding and supporting management decisions.
Degrees Required:
Ideally, 1st, 2:1 or equivalent
A numerate degree
Function summary
You will need to respond to changing business needs and communicate through all levels of the business. As your career progresses, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills in several key areas including Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Commercial Accounting, Group Office work and Internal Audit.
A representative from the Finance function will always be involved in multi-disciplinary teams analysing the accounting and costing of production or looking at the feasibility of a potential joint venture, acquisition or even merger.
We take graduates and students from all degree disciplines into this function and all graduates study and work towards the CIMA qualification. You must be able to work accurately under pressure, possess good analytical, numeric and communication skills and be flexible to work in a number of different environments and locations.
