• Full-time at Northampton College (with transport provided)

• Key Skills x 6 (such as team working, problem solving, communication, using new technology)
• Mentor programme
• Indenture signing

Year 2

• Corby site induction
• Based at Corby with day release to college
• NVQ Level 3
• Multi-Skill BTEC National (ONC)
• Departmental modules
• Six-week reviews

Year 3

• Based at Corby with day release to college
• NVQ Level 3
• HNC
• Departmental modules
• Six-week reviews
• Additional training (such as fork lift truck, access equipment, cranes)

Year 4
